Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - With the start of their season a little more than a week away comes word that several members of the UNLV football team have tested positive for COVID-19.

The exact number of players hasn't been said, but the team says that the positive percentage rate of infection is very low, and will not prevent them from traveling to San Diego State to open the season next Saturday.

The team's first game at Allegiant Stadium is scheduled for Saturday, October 31st against UNR.
