The Vegas Golden Knights grabbed the number one seed for the Stanley Cup playoffs in the Western Conference with a 4-3 OT win over Colorado on Saturday.   Alex Tuch powered home the game winner with :15.6 seconds left in overtime to give VGK the win.  The Golden Knights went undefeated in three round-robin games.

Here's a closer look at the GW:

After a scoreless first period, Vegas traded power play goals with Colorado to open the second.   Jonathan Marchessault would score the first of his two goals on the afternoon for VGK, and Colorado's Nathan McKinnon would get the equalizer.

VGK led late in the third after Marchessault's second goal off a penalty shot.

The Avs pulled goalie Phillip Grubauer and crashed the net to tie the game at 3-3 with just a minute left in the contest.

The Golden Knights will play Chicago (eight-seed) in the opening round of the playoffs.   Colorado will face Arizona (seven-seed).  Times and dates to be determined.
